Effective April 1, 2025, Brauneis Rechtsanwälte is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners:

Samy Ali: As key member of the Corporate & Commercial team at Brauneis Rechtsanwälte since 2014, Samy Ali has been successfully advising both national and international clients. The Graz-born is an expert in complex corporate and commercial law matters throughout all stages — from company formation and restructuring to successful exits. His key practice areas also include employment and real estate law.

Philipp Sebesta: Philipp joined Brauneis in 2017 as part of the Real Estate team and has built an excellent reputation for his legal expertise and professionalism. His work centers on complex, cross-disciplinary legal advice and representation in all real estate matters – from transactions to litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Philipp regularly advises well-known companies and is also a co-author of legal publications.
